1、 Prepare concrete foundation in advance

The concrete foundation of the bus shelter is generally excavated with a length, width, and height of 0.8 meters, and then the embedded parts are placed horizontally according to the requirements and poured into the concrete. The iron plate of the embedded part is welded with four steel bar angle hooks, and the height of the embedded part is lower than the height of the pit. For the concrete foundation, the embedded iron plate shall not be higher than the ground, otherwise, it will affect the beauty.

2、 Install the column

After the concrete foundation is hardened to the standard, the column can be installed. The base of the column is usually a welded thick steel plate, and the base and the adjusting plate are connected by bolts. The adjusting plate is welded on the iron plate of the embedded part on the surface of the concrete foundation. The welding is required to be firm. Then, adjust the height of different columns by adjusting screws to keep them at the same level. Different columns are usually required to be in a straight line, and the position height also requires the embedded parts of each foundation. Excessive deviation will affect the installation progress and quality.

3、 Install advertising light box

After the column is installed as required, install the advertising light box. The advertising light box is connected to the column through bolts, so just align the advertising light box with the corresponding hole on the column, install and tighten the bolts.

4、 Install the ceiling

Usually, the ceiling is also connected to the column by adjusting bolts. Before installing the ceiling, first install the top bow on the column, which is used to support the ceiling. After the top bow is installed, lift the ceiling on the top of the top bow with a forklift or truck crane, align it with the series of holes, and then lock the bolts.

5、 Installation of shelter seats

The last step is to install the seat and fix it on the concrete foundation by welding.
