Bus shelter manufacturer: Preparation of bus station before leaving the factory
Release date : 04 Jan 2023

As the bus shelter needs to be used outdoors for a long time, it is a large project. To facilitate on-site installation and transportation, the bus shelter has been simply assembled before leaving the factory, and only on-site assembly is required. This method greatly reduces the workload of on-site construction, saves costs, and facilitates transportation. However, the production of the bus shelter is very demanding, and the perfect coordination of various parts of the bus shelter is required. Therefore, the manufacturer of the waiting booth will conduct the final inspection - trial assembly before leaving the factory, so that problems can be found and rectified in time before leaving the factory.

1. Structural inspection

In the production of bus shelters, bus shelters can generally be divided into several components: ceiling, column, advertising light box, stool, and guardrail. The advantage of assembling the shelter is that they are smaller and easier to transport. Test the installation, and the manufacturer of the shelter shall check whether all parts of the protective cover are complete and whether the structure is firm.

2. Partial testing

Parts are assembled on a simple fixture or assembly platform; During the assembly process, the dimensions, installation dimensions, and key dimensions shall be measured against the drawings at any time. After installation, the installation holes and splicing plates shall be processed. The positions of the installation holes and splice plates at the bottom of the bus shelter shall meet the requirements of the drawings to ensure the smooth installation of the bus shelter when it arrives at the site.

3. Smart accessory detection

As a professional manufacturer, YEROO's products cannot be without intelligent bus shelters. Before the intelligent bus shelter leaves the factory, we need to do these tests to check whether the line connection is correct, whether the device and serial port resources conflict, and whether each micro module can operate normally. All intelligent modules can be delivered only after normal trial operation.

4. Process self-inspection

This process of self-inspection is our last delivery inspection of the waiting booth. Conduct self-inspection according to the design and process procedures of the waiting booth, and submit it to the full-time inspector for inspection after passing the inspection. Full-time inspectors can only complete the inspection before delivery.

Before leaving the factory, the bus shelter shall be prepared according to the above points and shall be fully inspected to avoid errors in installation, which may lead to on-site labor consumption problems, and subsequent product return to the factory.
